\ N Case Mix & Volume:\ N Total Monthly Cases: Approximately 1,200

\ N Case Types: All types except transplant and complex pediatrics

\ N Pediatrics: Basic cases only (e.G., tonsils, broken bones)

\ N Cardiac: ~150 cases/month, including 100 TAVRs;

1 cardiac surgeon on staff

\ N Neuro: Minimal, only basic head cases

\ N GI: 9,932 cases annually (2,791 inpatient)

\ N OB Anesthesia Details:\ N OB Call: 24-hour call, not required to be in-house unless attending VBAC at 5cm+ (average 1.2 times/month, 3.5 hours in-house)

\ N Laboring Moms: Typically 3?4 at a time

\ N Monthly Deliveries: ~200

\ N VBACs: ~20 per month

\ N Emergent C-Sections: ~14.5 per month

\ N Epidurals Placed: ~46 per month

\ N Scheduled C-Sections: Treated as standard OR cases

\ N Certifications Needed:\ N Active or Eligible for Iowa Medical License

\ N Board Certification in Anesthesiology

\ N ACLS, BLS (preferred)

\ N Additional Information:\ N Trauma Level: Not specified

\ N Patient Population: Mixed ? Adult and Basic Pediatric

\ N Procedures: General Anesthesia, Cardiac, OB, Basic Pediatric, GI, and more
