\ N Full-time position with inpatient and outpatient responsibilities
\ N Opportunity to provide care in a comprehensive Pelvic Floor Program
\ N Fellowship training, board certified/eligible in Female Pelvic Medicine and Reconstructive Surgery is required
\ N Advanced laparoscopic/robotic surgical skills are preferred
\ N A large referral base of 2,700 employed providers assures plenty of complex cases
\ N Successful candidate will be energetic, compassionate and self-motivated
\ N A keen knowledge of diagnostic, therapeutic and surgical options for female urinary incontinence is required

Duties and Responsibilities \ N
Essential Functions: \ N Exercises autonomy in clinical decision-making
\ N Diagnoses and treats many common acute and chronic problems
\ N Prescribes and manages medications and other therapies
\ N Provides a broad range of diagnostic and therapeutic health services
\ N Performs physical examsand health histories
\ N Orders and interprets laboratory tests and diagnostic studies
\ N Performs procedures as applicable to specialty
\ N Practices in collaboration with all members of the health care team and refers to other providers when necessary
\ N Engages in research, education, patient advocacy, and administrative activities
\ N Acts as an educator to mid-levels, nursing, and administrative staff within the office
\ N Dictates, reviews, and completes medical record upon completion of applicable visit or procedure
\ N Obtains necessary CME credits in order to maintain necessary state licensure
\ N Participates in monthlyprovider and staff meetings and other requested meetings
\ N Assigns appropriate CPTand ICD9 codes to office and inpatient visits
\ N Responds to messages and phone calls in a prompt and timely fashion
\ N Common Expectations: \ N Participates in Medical Staff activities as required and/or as requested.
\ N Observes the Bylaws andRules and Regulations of the Hospital and the Medical Staff.
\ N Demonstrates a commitment to patient, visitor and staff by: complying with all applicable safety regulations;
learning the impact of medical errors and methodology that will lead to reduction of errors;
reporting actual and potential errors, as well as hazardous conditions;
identifying opportunities to standardize processes and "error proof" systems that will lead to increased safety;

Minimum Education: \ N Doctor of Medicine (MD) Required or
\ N Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (DO) Required
\ N Licenses: \ N Licensed Medical Physician and Surgeon Upon Hire Required or
\ N Licensed Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine Upon Hire Required
\ N Courses and Training: \ N Boarded in appropriate specialty. Upon Hire Required and
\ N Completion of a residency. Upon Hire Required
\ N Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities: \ N Teaching skills.
\ N Must have high level ofinterpersonal skills to handle sensitive and confidential situations.
\ N Working knowledge of medical terminology.
\ N Good phone skills.
