Job Description### Locums | CRNA | Lebanon, MO ### Why This Role
\ N Full-time, ongoing schedule
\ N General anesthesia withno cardiac or neurosurgical cases
\ N Mix of hospital and outpatient surgery-center coverage
\ N Regular weekday hours with predictable call rotation
### Assignment Details \ N Start Date: ASAP following credentialing
\ N Current Authorization: Through February 1, 2027
\ N Commitment: Full-time availability required
\ N Regular Hours: Monday–Friday, 6:30 AM–3:00 PM
\ N Weeknight Call: Approximately once weekly, typically 3:00–5:00 PM until 7:00 AM
\ N Weekend Call: Approximately one weekend monthly, Friday afternoon–Monday at 7:00 AM
\ N Primary Locations: Mercy Hospital Lebanon and Mercy Surgery Center–Rolla
\ N Additional Coverage: Mountain View may be included
\ N Rolla: Outpatient surgery only;
no call
Lebanon: Hospital-based General Surgery and OB anesthesia with 24/7 call
\ N EMR: Epic
\ N Credentialing: Approximately 90 days
\ N Temporary Privileges: Available
### Requirements \ N Board-Certified CRNA
\ N Active unrestricted CRNA license with eligibility to practice in Missouri
\ N Current BLS
Full-time Monday–Friday availability
\ N Ability to cover Lebanon, Rolla, and potentially Mountain View
\ N Availability for weeklycall and one weekend per month
\ N General anesthesia and MAC experience
\ N Epidural, regional-block, and central-line experience preferred
\ N Hospital privileges
### Clinical Details \ N Administer general anesthesia and monitored anesthesia care
\ N Cover General Surgery, endoscopy, OB/GYN, cataract, ENT, and podiatry cases
\ N Perform epidural anesthesia when qualified
\ N Perform regional nerve blocks and central-line placement when qualified
\ N Provide scheduled outpatient anesthesia at the Rolla surgery center
\ N Provide hospital-based anesthesia and call coverage at Lebanon
\ N Rotate between locations when operationally required
\ N No cardiac or neurosurgical anesthesia cases
\ N No APP, resident, or teaching supervision responsibilities
