Sentara Anesthesiology Specialists is seeking a full-time, BC/BE Anesthesiologist to join a collegial and well-established team at Sentara Northern Virginia Medical Center in Woodbridge, Virginia. Sentara Northern Virginia Medical Center is a 183-bed, Level III, not-for-profit community hospital that combines the resources of a major health system with the personalized, compassionate care of a community hospital. Serving Prince William County and the surrounding region, the hospital provides a broad range of medical and surgical services in a collaborative, patient-focused environment.
Position Highlights
* Annual compensation of $550,000
* Competitive sign-on and commencement bonus package
* Employed position with Sentara Anesthesiology Specialists
* Care team model supporting approximately 9,200 cases annually , including more than 1,500 deliveries
* Eight anesthesia locations operating Monday through Friday, including Main OR, Endoscopy, EP Lab/CVIR, and Labor & Delivery
* Diverse case mix including general surgery, bariatrics, plastics, urology, vascular, neurosurgery, orthopedics, ENT, podiatry, OB/GYN, and general pediatrics
* Call schedule of 1:5
* Night and weekend call from home via beeper
* Post-call day off
* Dedicated CRNA coverage in-house 24/7
