nnWell-established group of 22 anesthesiologists

nnMedically directed care model working with CRNAs
n
nnPractice at:
n
nnSt. Mary's Medical Center, 344-bed tertiary hospital - Level I Trauma Center, high acuity - new facility opened July 2023
n
nnEssentia Health Surgery Center-Miller Hill - 4 OR's
n
nnSt. Mary's Hospital Superior, WI; 2 OR's and 2 Endo Suites (approximately 90% outpatient surgery)
n
nnEssentia Health-Duluth 165-beds, 11 ORs (approximately 80% outpatient cases)
n
nnOutpatient Endoscopy Center
n
nnBusy surgical schedule that includes all but transplants and pediatric hearts
n
nnTop 100 Interventional Cardiac Program
n
nnTop 100 Health Grades Joint Replacement Program
n
nnCertified as HIMSS EMRAM (Electronic Medical Record Adoption Model) Level 7 for both our Inpatient and Ambulatory facilities

n$595,200. Hired candidates may be eligible to receive additional compensation in the form of bonuses, quality incentives or production-based compensation
