Anesthesiology in Indianapolis 7 on, 7 off Block Schedule

A respected and independent non-profit community health system in central Indiana is seeking a Board-Certified or Board-Eligible Anesthesiologist to join its established and collaborative team. This opportunity offers a well-supported practice environment with a manageable case load and a predictable schedule designed to promote long-term sustainability and work-life balance.

Opportunity Highlights:
Hospital-employed, 100% physician anesthesia (no CRNA direction)
7-on / 7-off block schedule with equitable call and case distribution
Broad general anesthesia + OB; no cardiac, vascular, trauma, or neuro
Supportive, collegial group with strong OR and administrative collaboration
Base + large sign-on bonus
