ANESTHSIOLOGY - ANY SUBSPECIALTYJohns Hopkins - Join one of the most respected names in academic medicinePosition Highlights: Choose your Subspecialty: Cardiac, Neuro, Ambulatory, Adult Multispecialty Anesthesia and more Schedule Predictability: Schedules built around vacation requests and clinical commitments with post call-days off Structured Onboarding/Mentorship: Proctoring and mentorship for physicians integrating into a high-acuity environment Two Clinical Tracks: Clinical Associate: 4 clinical days per week, comp increases based on years of experience Faculty: 3.5 clinical days per week, comp increases with rank promotion Dual-Physician Couple Support: Employment assistance for physician-partners
Compensation & Benefits: $75,000 Sign-on Incentive Financial Package: Base salary, differential pay, performance bonus Tuition Benefits: Dependents: 50% of undergrad tuition assistance or up to 50% of JH tuition rate at any accredited institution Employee: tuition/reimbursement at accredited institutions PTO: Clinical Associate: 40 days annually Faculty: 22 days plus 2 guaranteed weeks in summer Visa & Alternate Pathway Support: J-1 waivers, H-1B, Alternate Pathway Qualifications: BE/BC in Anesthesiology Fellowship training in relevant subspecialty Critical care fellowship training required for roles that include ICU coverage
