Shared Call: Participate in a shared call schedule, promoting a balanced workload and ensuring optimal patient coverage. Work Schedule: Benefit from a distinctive two weeks on and two weeks off schedule, providing ample time for rest, rejuvenation, and work-life balance, including nights and weekends. Explore part-time one-week on schedules for added flexibility, accommodating various lifestyle preferences. Surgical Cases: Engage in a wide spectrum of cases, including General Surgery, Orthopedic Surgery, and OB/GYN, contributing to a rich and varied experience. Handle approximately 180 surgical cases per month, ensuring exposure to a diverse caseload. Procedures: Perform various procedures, including general anesthesia, blocks, and labor epidurals, showcasing your expertise in perioperative care.
