Summary: Profession: Physician Specialty: Cardiac Anesthesia Job Type: Full-time Location: Muskegon, MI Shift Schedule: 1.0 FTE = 2,000 hours annually Requirements: Board Certified or Board Eligible (will become Board Certified within 2 years) in Anesthesiology - REQUIRED MI License (or willing to obtain) - REQUIRED Most recent NPDB Self Query Report (within 30 days active) - REQUIRED no exemption, required at presentation DEA (or willing to obtain) - REQUIRED ACLS & BLS (or willing to obtain) - REQUIRED State interest in full-time or part-time employment (note in "Additional Submission Details" field) - REQUIRED ACLS BLS Board Certified Board Eligible DEA Benefits: Health, dental, and vision insurance 403(b) with employer contribution & match Retirement savings plan 457(b) Malpractice insurance with tail coverage CME funds and licensure support Relocation assistance up to $15,000 Student loan repayment support (location-specific) Starting bonus up to $25,000 Up to $75,000 annually in value-based incentives Public Service Loan Forgiveness eligibility
