AnesthesiologistLocation: Syracuse, NYJob Type: Locum TenensOverview:A hospital-based opportunity is available for an Anesthesiologist to provide coverage across both a hospital and ambulatory surgical center. This role includes a mix of supervised and independent anesthesia care in a collaborative, team-based environment.$375/hrAssignment Details:Start: ASAP (upon credentialing)Ongoing coverage neededSchedule:Flexible scheduling options:7:00 AM 5:30 PM (5 days/week)7:00 AM 3:00 PM12-hour day or night shiftsOne night of call per week requiredMust be able to cover OB overnightPractice Details:Setting: Hospital and Ambulatory Surgery CenterTrauma Level: IIEMR: Epic15 main ORs and 4 ASC roomsTeam includes anesthesiologists, CRNAs, scrub techs, RN circulators, and anesthesia techsOption to supervise CRNAs or work independentlyPatient Population:Adult, geriatric, and ages 16+Case Mix & Responsibilities:Thoracic, vascular, and orthopedic casesSupervision of up to 3 rooms or solo coveragePreferred skills include:Spinal anesthesiaEpiduralsRegional anesthesiaObstetrical anesthesiaLocal infiltrationRequirements:Board Certified Anesthesiologist RequiredActive New York License RequiredBLS, ACLS, and PALS RequiredCOVID Vaccination RequiredNPDB Self-Query (within 30 days) RequiredCredentialing:Estimated timeframe: 24 weeksAbout WhiteCoat Locums:- Physician owned and led agency- Highest-Pay rates on the market- $1m/3m malpractice insurance and tail- 100% transparency
