Quick Facts: Location: Dayton Children's, Dayton, OH Start Date: 04/28/2026 End Date: 11/16/2026 Shift: 07:00 AM 03:30 PM, Monday Friday Hours/Week: 35+ hours Employment Type: Locum Tenens Licenses/Certifications: Ohio medical license, DEA, CSR, Life Certifications (if applicable) Experience: Prior anesthesiology experience required for pediatric and adult cases Pay & Benefits: Competitive hourly pay (disclosed upon application) Weekly pay schedule via direct deposit Comprehensive medical benefits (W-2) Robust referral bonus program Paid sick leave in accordance with all applicable laws Reimbursements for licensure, certifications, travel, and lodging when applicable What You ll Do: Cover anesthesia services for approximately surgical cases daily in a hospital-based setting Supervise CRNAs as part of a care team model Provide anesthesia for neonatal to adult patients in the operating rooms Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of surgeons, nurses, and procedural staff Ensure patient safety and comfort throughout perioperative care Manage anesthesia carts and prepare for procedures as needed Support the hospital s mission during a maternity leave coverage period What You Need: Medical license in Ohio or eligibility to obtain one Experience in pediatric and adult anesthesia procedures Ability to supervise CRNAs and work within a team environment Strong communication and patient care skills About the Assignment: Join a busy, well-respected Level 1 Trauma Center in Dayton, OH, providing anesthesia coverage in a dynamic hospital setting.
