Momentum Healthcare Staffing is seeking a board-certified or board-eligible Cardiac Anesthesiologist (MD/DO) for a permanent position in Findlay, Ohio. This is an excellent opportunity to join a growing cardiac anesthesia program within a well-equipped hospital delivering high-quality perioperative care.Position: Permanent MD/DO Anesthesiologist (Cardiac)Location: Findlay, OhioKey Responsibilities:Provide anesthesia care for cardiac surgeries including CABG, valve repair/replacement, and complex thoracic procedures.Perform intraoperative transesophageal echocardiography (TEE) and assist in perioperative cardiac management.Collaborate closely with cardiac surgeons, perfusionists, and ICU teams.Participate in general anesthesia cases as needed.Take part in call rotation covering cardiac and general anesthesia cases.Qualifications:Board-certified or board-eligible in Anesthesiology with fellowship training in Cardiac Anesthesia (MD/DO).Active or eligible Ohio medical license.TEE certification preferred.Strong clinical skills and commitment to team-based patient care.Compensation & Benefits:Competitive salary with call and procedural incentives.Comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, vision, life, and disability insurance.Malpractice insurance with tail coverage.CME allowance and paid CME time.Sign-on bonus and relocation assistance.Student loan repayment assistance negotiable.Join a collaborative and supportive team in Findlay, OH, and advance your career in cardiac anesthesia in a community-oriented healthcare setting.
