Join a Pediatric Anesthesiology program entering an exciting period of expansion as pediatric surgical services continue to grow and a new Children's Hospital moves toward its planned 2028 opening. This opportunity puts you at the center of a developing pediatric anesthesia program with the resources, subspecialty relationships, and institutional commitment to support its next chapter. The current environment offers a varied practice, while the future Children's Hospital is expected to create a dedicated pediatric setting and establish Pediatric Anesthesia as a separate department. Physicians can build meaningful relationships across pediatric surgical specialties while contributing to the evolution of services, education, and care delivery. Position, Compensation & Organization Highlights
$515K compensation with a salary guarantee
$50K+ sign-on bonus with a three-year forgiveness period
$6K relocation assistance
Defined daily shifts including 6 AM-noon, 6 AM-2:30 PM, 6 AM-4 PM, and noon-to-close
Pediatric-only call averaging approximately 1:7-1:8 with low call case volume
Additional compensated call: beeper stipend plus hourly pay when called in
Support pediatric ENT, orthopedics, urology, neurosurgery, imaging, and other surgical services
Pediatric Cardiac Anesthesiology team manages heart cases and provides second-call support
