Facility in York, PA seeking Anesthesiology locums coverageRates: $375/hrOpportunity HighlightsStart Date: May 10, 2026.Contract Length: Ongoing.Schedule: 45 shifts per week (10-hour days).Shift Times: Varies by assignment (06:1516:45, 06:3016:30, or 07:0017:00).Flexibility: Full-time preferred; will consider providers available for 1 week per month.Work-Life Balance: No call required.Team Model: Collaborative environment working alongside surgeons and specialty clinicians.EMR: Epic.Clinical Scope & ProceduresProviders will manage anesthesia for a broad range of surgical and procedural areas, with a primary focus on cardiac subspecialties.Case Mix: Complex Cardiac, Level I Trauma, and general surgical cases.Patient Population: All ages (Neonates to Geriatrics).Special Procedures: Adult and pediatric cardiac anesthesia, including valve repairs, bypass grafting, and structural heart interventions.Provider RequirementsBoard Status: Board Certified or Board Eligible in Anesthesiology (Required).Experience: Minimum of 2 years of clinical experience preferred.Licensure: Active Pennsylvania (PA) Medical License in hand or willing to license.Certifications: Active ACLS and PALS (Required).Documentation: NPDB self-query (dated within 6 months) required at presentation.Full disclosure of all malpractice history is mandatory.7 years of work history or 10 previous assignments must be listed.About WhiteCoat Locums:- Physician owned and led agency- Highest-Pay rates on the market- $1m/3m malpractice insurance and tail- 100% transparency
