REQUIRED PROCEDURES
* Anesthesia for outpatient surgical cases (General, Orthopedics, ENT, Plastics, Urology, GYN)
* Regional anesthesia and peripheral nerve blocks (Orthopedic)
* Airway management for adult and pediatric patients
* Monitored Anesthesia Care (MAC) and General Anesthesia
JOB REQUIREMENTS
* Licenses: Active PA license or Universal License (IMLC)
* Board: Board Certified in Anesthesiology (will not accept Board Eligible)
* DEA: Required
* Certifications: BLS, ACLS, PALS
* Experience: 2+ years preferred
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
* Administer anesthesia for a diverse range of outpatient surgical procedures, ensuring patient safety and comfort.
* Perform regional anesthesia techniques, including orthopedic blocks, for post-operative pain management.
* Provide medical direction and clinical supervision to CRNAs in the operating room.
* Conduct thorough pre-operative evaluations and develop individualized anesthesia care plans.
* Manage post-anesthesia recovery and address any acute complications or emergencies.
