A physician owned and governed multispecialty group in an absolute hidden gem of a community in Central Washington is seeking a General Anesthesiologist for a partnership track position.This beautiful community is consistently rated as a great place to live and offers stunning scenery, access to the mountains, great local amenities and excellent schools with 300 days of sunshine!. Enjoy a great work/life balance and have extra time to enjoy the many offerings in this quickly growing community. Up to $700K Base Salary. Multi-Specialty Group Employee w/ Partnership . Up to $20,000 of relocation expenses covered, including packing. More than 300 days of sunshine annually. Up to 11 weeks of paid time off. Diverse case mix, including Cardiac (covered by a subgroup of partners), General Surgery, ENT, Ophthalmology, Orthopedic, Podiatry, Vascular, Interventional, OB/GYN, Trauma and Neurosurgery. Enjoy a collegial and patient-centered environment. . Matching 401k upon start. Do all your own cases; no supervising CRNAs No fellowship training required. Must be willing to relocate to the community. Opportunity to train residents from University of Washington if desired. No State Income Taxes. EPIC EMR.
