Nurse Practitioner (NP) / Physician Assistant (PA)
Location: New York, NY (location may vary by specialty)
Job Type: Full-Time
Job Summary
We are seeking qualified and experienced Nurse Practitioners (NPs) and Physician Assistants (PAs) to join healthcare teams across multiple specialties. The ideal candidates will have relevant clinical experience as a provider, strong patient assessment skills, and a commitment to delivering high-quality, patient-centered care.
Responsibilities
Evaluate patients, obtain medical histories, and perform physical examinations.
Diagnose and manage acute and chronic medical conditions within the provider’s scope of practice.
Develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
Order and interpret diagnostic tests and laboratory results.
Prescribe medications in accordance with applicable state laws and regulations.
Educate patients and families about diagnoses, treatment options, and preventive care.
Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation.
Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals.
Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed.
Follow applicable clinical guidelines, safety standards, and regulatory requirements.
Requirements
Active and unrestricted NP or PA license in the required state.
Relevant graduate-level education and applicable certification.
At least 6 months to 1 year of experience as a provider in the relevant specialty, depending on the position.
Strong clinical assessment, communication, and decision-making skills.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a healthcare team.
Experience with electronic medical records (EMR/EHR) systems.
Must meet the specific experience, credentialing, and licensing requirements for the assigned specialty.
Additional Information
