Job Details: Job Location: Caledonia , MI 49316, Position Type: Full Time, Travel Percentage: Instate multi-clinic travel, We are seeking a Physician Assistant to join our team at Michigan Ear, Nose and Throat.
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Physician Assistant to provide comprehensive care to our patients.
The ideal candidate will demonstrate expertise in ENT medical care, ensuring our patients receive the highest quality of care.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide high-quality diagnostic patient care
Conduct patient assessments, evaluate symptoms, and develop care plans in collaboration with our team of ENT specialists
Perform diagnostic tests and interpret results accurately to define appropriate treatment plans
Educate patients and their families about treatment options, preventive care, and post-operative recovery.
Maintain accurate patient records and ensure compliance with all healthcare regulations
Collaborate with our audiologists and speech pathologists and outside healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive patient care.
Participate in continuing education opportunities to enhance ENT care knowledge and skills.
Evaluation and Management of patients
Ability to work independently and as a team with patients, staff, and providers.

Qualificationsyou will need:
Current Physician Assistant certification in the state of Michigan.
Preference for a one-year experience as a Physician Assistant in an ENTclinic or graduate of an ENTprogram.
Strong communication and collaboration skills, patient care abilities, and diagnostic skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
