Elite Corporate Medical Services is seeking a dedicated Physician Assistant to join our private, employer-sponsored clinic in Tulare, CA. This is an excellent opportunity for a compassionate provider looking for meaningful work without the pressure of high-volume settings or RVU metrics.

Schedule:
Monday, Wednesday, Friday - 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM*
Thursday - 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM*
*The clinic is closed one-hour for lunch
Primary Duties of an Elite Provider:
Use medical training, skills and clinical judgment to provide timely, responsive care to treat a multi-cultural patient population.
Conduct comprehensive patient assessments, including medical history, physical examinations, and diagnostic tests
Diagnose and treat acute and chronic illnesses, injuries, and conditions
Work independently, contacting offsite collaborating physician as needed regarding patient care.
Responsible for personalized treatment of patients, ensuring care is relevant for short and long term outcomes.
Responsible for seeing all scheduled and walk-in patients each day (approximately 4 patients daily).
Prescribe medications and treatments based on patient needs and in accordance with practice guidelines.
Provide patient education on disease prevention, treatment options, and self-care techniques.
Utilize electronic medical records (EMR) to document patient encounters and maintain accurate medical records using eClinicalWorks.
Requirements
Must have an active California Physician Assistant License.
Must have or be able to obtain DEA registration within 120 days of hire.
Must have or be able to obtain BLS Certification within 10 days of hire.
Must be or become proficient in utilizing medical equipment and technology relevant to the role (e.g., DME, EMR (eClinicalWorks), etc.).
