Primary Care Charleston, West Virginia
An established primary care practice serving the Charleston community for more than 25 years is seeking an experienced and motivated Physician Assistant (PA) to join our team on a full-time or part-time basis .
Our practice provides comprehensive primary care with a strong focus on chronic disease management, preventive care, and coordinated care through an Accountable Care Organization (ACO) . The PA will work in a supportive clinical environment with physician and nurse practitioner backup available , including telehealth support.

Qualifications
Current Physician Assistant license or eligibility for licensure in West Virginia
Experience in primary care preferred
Strong skills in chronic disease management and preventive care
Experience working within an ACO or value-based care environment is a plus
Excellent communication and patient-care skills
Strong computer skills and ability to work efficiently with multiple electronic medical record (EMR) systems
Ability to multitask and manage a diverse primary care patient population
Dependable, organized, and comfortable working both independently and collaboratively
