Physician Assistant - Family Medicine Care, Saxony Inbasketologist
Shift: Day Job.
Hours: Office Hours Mon-Fri: 7a-5:30p. Position includes 50% in-office face-to-face hours and 50% InBasket support. On-call schedule every other month.

Highlights
Handle in-basket and outpatient care with 80% face-to-face and 20% InBasket support (20 hours in office, 20 hours of InBasket video visits). Utilize technology and AI tools to streamline in-basket management.
Responsibilities
Manage and address in-basket items to reduce the workload on primary care physicians.
Use technology and AI tools to streamline in-basket management.
Provide patient care as required, ensuring high-quality service.
Maintain accurate records and documentation of in-basket activities.
Communicate effectively with physicians, patients, and other healthcare team members.
Qualifications
5 years advanced practice provider experience.
Must successfully complete a nationally recognized Advanced Practice Nurse certification examination or have current national certification and maintain it ongoing.
Must be eligible for prescriptive authority under the criteria outlined by the Indiana State Board of Nursing and maintain eligibility ongoing.
