LifeQuest is an established integrated medical practice serving the East Valley, dedicated to helping patients achieve long-term health through a collaborative approach that combines medical care, chiropractic, rehabilitation, and wellness services. We are seeking a compassionate and motivated Physician Assistant to join our growing multidisciplinary team.

Responsibilities
* Evaluate, diagnose, and treat patients in an outpatient clinical setting.
* Develop individualized treatment plans focused on long-term health and wellness.
* Educate patients on treatment options, preventive care, and healthy lifestyle choices.
* Perform injections and office-based procedures as appropriate.
* Collaborate with physicians, chiropractors, rehabilitation providers, and support staff to deliver comprehensive patient care.
* Maintain accurate and timely medical documentation.
* Provide exceptional patient service while building lasting patient relationships.
Qualifications
* Active Arizona Physician Assistant (PA-C) license.
* Strong clinical assessment and diagnostic skills.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
* Passion for delivering high-quality, patient-centered care.
* Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
* Experience in integrative, functional, or wellness-based medicine is a plus.
* Injection and procedural experience preferred.
