Job description

Physician Assistant (PA) – Behavioral Health

Pathways to Life, Inc. | Greenville, NC + Multi-Site Impact

This isn’t your typical PA role. Not even close.

If you’re looking for quick 10-minute visits and a predictable routine… this probably isn’t it.

But— If you want to actually change outcomes, work with a team that relies on you, and practice medicine where it matters most… keep reading.

Manage and prescribe medications with confidence and clinical judgment

Work side‑by‑side with psychiatrists, therapists, and care teams (ACTT, CST, IIH, TCM)

Be involved in treatment planning—not just signing off on it

Support high‑risk members who need more than a quick visit

Document your work in a way that stands up to audits (because compliance matters here)

Why This Role Hits Different

You’re not isolated—you’re part of a real team‑based model

You’ll see the impact of your decisions on members’ lives

You’re trusted to think, not just follow a script

Every day is different—and yes, sometimes challenging—but never meaningless
