HealthPro Talent is seeking a Full-Time Nurse Physician Assistant - Internal Medicine for a well-established, community-based health center in Brooklyn.
This role is ideal for a provider who values connection, consistency, and delivering high-quality care in an outpatient setting. You’ll work alongside a collaborative team focused on improving access and outcomes for a culturally diverse patient population.
What You Will Be Doing
Deliver primary and preventive care to adult patients
Perform assessments, physical exams, and manage chronic conditions
Diagnose and treat acute and ongoing medical concerns
Collaborate with physicians and care teams to ensure continuity of care
Educate patients on health maintenance and disease prevention
Document accurately within the EHR
Engage in team meetings and quality improvement efforts
What They’re Looking For
Physician Assistant degree from an accredited program
Active New York State license
Experience in primary care or community health preferred
Strong clinical judgment and communication skills
Bilingual Creole/English strongly preferred
