Job description
We are a Primary Care / Internal Medicine clinic founded in Madisonville, TN 15 years ago and have grown to three brick and mortar offices in Madisonville, Athens and Etowah Tennessee with five newly added mobile clinics.
Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Physician Assistant located in McMinn and Monroe Counties. The Physician Assistant will work closely with physicians and healthcare providers to conduct patient assessments, diagnose and treat illnesses, develop treatment plans, and provide patient education. Additional responsibilities include performing clinical procedures, maintaining accurate patient records, and collaborating with the healthcare team to ensure quality care. The role requires excellent communication and teamwork to effectively address patients' needs.
Qualifications
Proficiency in patient assessment, diagnosis, and creating treatment plans
Ability to perform clinical procedures and manage patient care efficiently
Strong communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with patients and healthcare teams
Organizational abilities and attention to detail in maintaining patient records
Commitment to ongoing learning and staying updated with medical advancements
Master’s degree in Physician Assistant Studies and current certification/licensure as required in Tennessee
Previous experience in primary care or a related field is a plus
