Job description
Victory Recovery Partners is hiring full-time Physician Assistants and Nurse Practitioners for Medication Assisted Treatment (MAT) to join our team in Massapequa Park, NY.

This is an on-site, full-time position, with patient care delivered both in person and via telehealth. Previous experience in addiction treatment is required, and you must be willing to see patients ages 11 and up.
Victory is an outpatient recovery center with Medication Assisted Treatment, Behavioral Health, Wellness, and Psychiatry available under one roof. You’ll work as part of a talented, mission-driven care team, with autonomy over your work and strategic input into company-wide projects.
Compensation
Pay is $75 per hour and ⭐️ your malpractice coverage is paid for ⭐️

Responsibilities
→ Meet with patients and support them through the induction and maintenance phases of MAT
→ Follow up with patients throughout their treatment, per protocols
→ Collaborate with the care team to lead comprehensive, high-quality patient care
→ Help drive growth by continuously improving Victory’s clinical model, policies, and protocols
→ Manage patient care in person and via telehealth using our EMR platform
Candidates must have:
→ Previous experience working in addiction treatment
→ A valid license to practice and an active DEA license
→ Willingness to see patients ages 11 and up
→ Strong communication and diagnostic skills
At least 1 year of buprenorphine prescribing experience is preferred, but we will train.
