Job description
Advanced Practice Provider (PA/NP) – Hematology/Oncology
North Charleston and Summerville/Berkeley Join Charleston Oncology as a Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner working closely with a dedicated hematologist/oncologist to provide comprehensive care to patients with cancer and hematologic conditions. This role offers the opportunity to build long-term relationships with patients within an experienced, collaborative oncology team.

Responsibilities
Provide inpatient and outpatient hematology/oncology care.
Evaluate, diagnose, and manage cancer and blood disorders.
Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to deliver coordinated, patient-centered care.
Manage EMR workload and patient in-baskets within EPIC.
Deliver compassionate care with a strong focus on patient satisfaction and quality outcomes.
Required Qualifications
Licensed Physician Assistant (PA) or Nurse Practitioner (NP).
Willingness to work collaboratively with all members of the care team, including MAs, nurses, and other APPs.
Comfort caring for both inpatient and outpatient populations.
Proficiency in EMR workload management and patient in-baskets.
Flexibility to practice at multiple Charleston-area locations.
Proven history of prioritizing patient satisfaction.
Preferred Qualifications
2+ years of hematology/oncology experience (5+ years preferred).
Proficiency with EPIC EMR.
