Job Description Job Description Join Our North Scottsdale Wellness Team as a Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner!

We're a young, fun, and fast-growing outpatient medical practice located near 56th Street & Bell Rd , offering a comprehensive blend of chiropractic care, physical therapy, medical wellness, preventative services, and functional medicine. Our small, family-style team is looking for an exceptional PA or NP who is passionate about patient-centered care and integrative health.

About the Role

We are seeking a Part-Time PA/NP (approx. 5-20 hrs/week) who thrives in an upbeat environment and values meaningful, long-term patient relationships.

Office Hours:

Mon & Wed: 7:30 AM - 6:30 PM (Lunch 12:30-2:30 PM)

Tue & Thu: 2:00 PM - 6:30 PM

Fri: 7:30 AM - 12:30 PM

What You'll Do

Diagnose and manage acute, chronic, and wellness-based conditions

Perform trigger point injections

Administer and monitor hormone replacement therapy

Conduct comprehensive physical examinations

Develop and implement patient management plans and protocols

Collaborate closely with chiropractors and other specialists

Facilitate appropriate referrals to outside providers as needed

Support our wide range of services, including:

IV therapy

Ozone therapy (EBOO STRATOS MACHINE)

Cosmetic/wellness injections

Allergy testing

Vitamin injections

Preventative and functional medicine treatments

What We're Looking For

Experienced or passionate about non-prescription outpatient pain management

Comfortable in a high-energy, fast-paced clinical setting

Self-motivated and excited to be part of a small, collaborative team

Reliable, punctual, and committed to patient success

Qualifications:

Prior clinical experience as a PA or NP

Strong patient rapport and communication skills

Ability to manage diverse cases and multitask effectively

Compensation & Benefits

$60-70/hr DOE , certifications, experience, and ambition

Full benefits offered to full-time employees after a 90-day probationary period
