Why This Role Matters

Many of our patients face significant medical, financial, and social barriers to care. For some, High Rock Internal Medicine is their most consistent connection to healthcare, support, and advocacy.

As a PA or NP on our team, you will care for patients with complex chronic illnesses, help vulnerable populations navigate their healthcare journeys, and build meaningful relationships that often span years. You will not simply manage diagnoses and medications — you will help people improve their quality of life and achieve better health outcomes.

If you became a PA or NP to make a real difference in your patients' lives, and you want to do that work alongside a physician and team who will invest in you, this role offers that every day.

Why This Practice

Practice Medicine with Purpose — Our mission extends beyond treating symptoms. We care for medically complex and underserved patients while helping people achieve healthier, fuller lives.

Work as a True Team Member — Your clinical judgment matters here. We collaborate as a team, and you will have a real voice in how care is delivered.

Receive Real Mentorship — Our structured onboarding and direct physician collaboration are designed to help you build confidence and grow your scope of practice over time.

Enjoy Sustainable Practice — No evening clinic hours, no weekend clinic hours, no call. A stable, collaborative clinical team and a strong voice in practice operations.

Why Now

High Rock Internal Medicine is growing, and we are building out our care team to keep pace with the needs of our patients — without sacrificing the relationship-centered model that has defined this practice since 2000. Joining now means joining a team that is investing in the right people for the long term, with room to take on more as you grow into the role.

Your Role & Impact

As a Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner, you will provide primary health care services under the direction of the practice physician, working as part of a collaborative care team within an integrated biopsychosocial model.

Deliver high-quality, patient-centered primary care

Build lasting relationships with patients and families

Support the management of complex chronic disease populations

Collaborate with behavioral health and ancillary services

Collaborative, Whole-Person Care

At High Rock Internal Medicine, you will practice in a model designed to support both providers and patients, with integrated on-site behavioral health, radiology, and ultrasound, and team-based care coordination built into how we work every day.
