Job Details: Lincoln - Bronx, NY 10451; Position Type: Regular Full-Time; Salary Range: $131,127.00 - $174,836.00/year; Job Shift: 1; Job Category: Physician Assistant; Physician Affiliate Group of New York (PAGNY) is adding a Physician Assistant - OB/GYN to the group at NYC Health + Hospitals/Lincoln.
Opportunity Details
Performs medical services within the scope of approved privileges.
Document all patient contact in the EMR in a timely manner.
Assumes responsibility for patient care.
Collaborates to provide care coordination activities in providing comprehensive care (e.g., other healthcare providers, local health departments, social service, nutritionist, dentist, community based organizations, home care and patient education groups).
Participates in departmental meetings and interdisciplinary community committees, as well as peer review performance improvement meeting activities.
Maintains expected standards of patient information confidentiality as per HIPAA policy.
Qualifications
Current NYS registration as a Physician Assistant.
Current certification issued by the NCCPA.
Must be ACLS/BLS certified.
DEA Certification.
Wages and Benefits
Annual Base Salary: $131,127* - $174,836* based on 40-hour work week and years of State Licensure.
Annual total value of compensation package: $144,239** - $192,319** (includes baseline salary, 401(k) contribution, and other factors).
401(k) Company Contribution:Employees are immediately vested in a 3% company contribution of base earnings. No employee match is required.
After one year of service, employees receive an additional 7% company contribution of base earnings. No employee match is required.
Annual Continuing Medical Education (CME) Reimbursement.
