Job description
Hartford Healthcare seeks a Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner to provide comprehensive patient care within our Healthcare & Medical Services department. In this role, you will perform assessments, diagnose and manage acute and chronic conditions, order and interpret tests, and collaborate closely with physicians and multidisciplinary teams. You’ll educate patients and families, coordinate care across our network, and document accurately in the EMR.
