Selma, CA – Emergency Medicine Advanced Providers
As an Advanced Provider, you will play a critical role in improving patient care in our Emergency Department. You will work alongside physicians, nurses, and support staff to deliver high‑quality, evidence‑based care.
Opportunity
Seeking physician assistants and nurse practitioners for Emergency Department/Urgent Care Center.
Prior ED/UCC experience preferred but new graduates welcome.
Desired for academic settings with current residents.
Internship/new‑grad training program available up to three months, including clinical and didactic experience.
Must hold current DEA, ACLS, PALS, and BLS certifications.
Current California state license is a plus.
H1‑B visa applicants encouraged to apply.
The Practice – A Four‑Hospital System
Adventist Health Hanford – Hanford, California
Adventist Health Tulare – Tulare, California
Adventist Medical Center – Reedley, California
Adventist Health Selma – Selma, California
45‑bed community hospital with a well‑equipped ER and 10 ED beds.
Annual volume of 45,000 patients with a 5% admit rate.
Utilizes PA/NPs for Rapid Medical Evaluation (RME) to reduce wait times and increase patient satisfaction.
Previous recipient of Vituity’s Practice of the Year award.
