Hourly Base Pay $65.00–$80.00 (based on experience)

NextCare Urgent Care is looking for a PART‑TIME Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner to provide exceptional medical care to our patients in Flagstaff, AZ. Minimum workload: 4 shifts per month.
Responsibilities
Evaluate and treat patients in an urgent care/occupational health setting.
Provide compassionate, respectful care aligned with NextCare’s values.
Discuss treatment plans and ensure patient understanding.
Document care using the electronic health record.
Code and bill accurately for care rendered.
Maintain clinical productivity comparable to peers.
Follow up on patient care as indicated.
Qualifications
Active and unrestricted Arizona medical license
Active D.E.A. certification
NCCPA certification for a Physician Assistant, or ANCC/AANP certification for a Nurse Practitioner
Master’s of Nursing or Bachelor’s in Physician Assistant studies
Active BLS Certification
EHR proficiency
Comfortable treating all age groups
Occasional weekend/holiday work availability
Desired but Not Required
Radiology x‑ray interpretation experience
Suturing skills
Master’s degree for a Physician Assistant
Urgent care or ER experience
