We're seeking a compassionate and collaborative primary care Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant . You'll have the opportunity to build your own patient panel in a patient-centered environment, with ample support for seamless integration.

Role : Nurse Practitioners and Physician Assistants

Location : Litchfield, CT

Setting : 100% Outpatient Primary Care – Adult Medicine (18+)

Schedule : Full-time, weekdays only. Ask about our flexible work schedule!

Call schedule : No call required

Actual pay will be determined based on qualifications, location, internal equity, and other factors that may include hire bonuses, incentive pay plans, loan repayment, administrative stipends, or relocation

Qualifications

Requirements :

Licensure: Unrestricted State of Connecticut Medical License (or eligible)

Training: APRN (Family, Adult/Geri Nurse Practitioner) or PA

Experience:  2+ years’ experience in a primary care or relevant outpatient setting
