We are seeking an experiencedNurse Practitioner(NP) or Physician Assistant (PA) to join our growing multi-specialtyoutpatient clinic in Monroe, NY.
This is afull-time opportunity for aprovider with a strong background inprimary care/family medicine whois passionate about delivering high-quality patient care.
Responsibilities
Providecomprehensive primary care and family medicine services to adult and pediatric patients
Diagnoseand manage acute and chronic conditions
Performphysical exams, preventive care visits, and routine follow-ups
Orderand interpret diagnostic tests
Developtreatment plans and coordinate patient care
Documentall patient encounters accurately and timely
Collaboratewith physicians and other healthcare professionals within the clinic
Qualifications
Currentand unrestricted NP or PA license in New York
Nationalcertification as applicable
Strongexperience in primary care or family medicine
Excellentclinical, communication, and organizational skills
Abilityto work independently in a fast-paced outpatient setting
Compensation
Salary range of $140k-$175k annually!
