We've built an urgent care organization focused on providing the resources, operational support, and scheduling flexibility providers need to thrive professionally while maintaining work-life balance.

Why Providers Choose Yale New Haven Health Urgent Care

Exceptional Clinical Support: Practice with confidence alongside experienced colleagues, engaged clinical leadership, and the resources of one of the region's leading healthcare organizations.

Scheduling Built Around People: Our dedicated scheduling team works directly with providers to create fair, thoughtful schedules. We believe provider scheduling should be driven by people, not software.

Structured and Predictable Schedules: We provide consistency and advance visibility whenever possible so providers can better balance work and life.

Commute-Conscious Staffing: We take provider geography into account and work to minimize unnecessary travel between locations whenever feasible.

Strong Compensation and Bonus Opportunity: Competitive compensation is complemented by meaningful bonus opportunities.

Better Weekend Work-Life Balance: Weekend schedules are structured around 8-hour shifts, creating more balance outside of work.
