Job Summary
Ventura County Hematology Oncology Specialists is seeking a Physician Assistant to join a long‑standing practice where collaboration, innovation, and personalized care are at the heart of every patient interaction. In this float role, you will work alongside experienced physicians and care teams across two of our three clinic locations, supporting patients through every stage of their treatment journey. The practice values provider involvement, evidence‑based medicine, and strong patient relationships.
Ideal Candidate
Experienced PAs preferred; New Grads encouraged to apply
Hematology/Oncology experience as a PA preferred
Travel required between Outpatient Clinic sites

Compensation
Base Salary Range: $120,000 - $140,000 annually (exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience, and location).
Employment Details
Full‑time, Monday‑Friday, float across clinic locations. Board Certifications: PA‑C. Employment type: Full‑time, Mon‑Fri, Float.
