Job Overview
The Heart and Vascular Center at Valley View is seeking an experienced Cardiology/EP Physician Assistant to provide collaborative, professional care for adult cardiology patients, primarily in an outpatient setting with some inpatient responsibilities. A strong background in Electrophysiology (EP) is essential.
Schedule : Monday–Friday, no call duties, offering a work/life balance.
Location : Heart & Vascular Clinic, Glenwood Springs, CO, USA.
Responsibilities
Manage and treat atrial fibrillation patients in outpatient and inpatient settings.
Participate in outreach clinics.
Perform inpatient rounds, admit and discharge patients, accept transfers.
Provide immediate pre- and postoperative care.
Qualifications
Two years of experience as a PA in a related field.
Unrestrictive CO PA License.
DEA license.
Current BLS and ACLS certifications issued by the American Heart Association.
Skills
General healthcare and cardiovascular patient assessment and examination skills.
Strong electrophysiology background.
Ability to function independently.
Salary Range
Base salary: $98,000 USD to $145,000 USD.
Eligible for up to a $10,000 sign‑on bonus (2‑year commitment required; internal candidates not eligible). Annual bonus based on organizational and individual performance.
