Physician Assistant | Hospitalist Location: Temperance, MI Employer: AAS Locum Tenens Pay: Competitive weekly pay (inquire for details) Start Date: ASAP About the Position Join our growing healthcare team providing patient-centered primary care to residents in skilled nursing facilities in Temperance , Michigan. This full-time position offers a flexible schedule, no call or overnight responsibilities, and the opportunity to work collaboratively with physicians and facility staff to deliver high-quality, evidence-based care. Position Highlights Full-time with flexible scheduling Six-hour facility shifts; rounds typically begin between 7:00 a.m. and 10:00 a.m. No call or overnight shifts Average 15–20 patient visits per day Conduct daily rounds, manage acute and chronic conditions, prescribe medications, and develop treatment plans Collaborate with nursing staff and interdisciplinary teams Ensure compliance with clinical and regulatory standards Company-provided iPad with LTE Compensation & Benefits: Exceptional compensation with earning potential above industry benchmarks Long-term retention incentive of up to $50,000 Performance-based bonus program Paid Time Off 401(k) with employer match Medical, dental, and vision insurance for eligible providers Employer-paid life insurance Short- and long-term disability insurance CME allowance and licensure reimbursement Company-provided iPad with LTE and professional lab coat Requirements: Active, unrestricted U.S. Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant license Board Certification, Nurse Practitioners: ANCC, AANPCB, PNCB, or AACN.
