Physician Assistant | Other Location: Los Angeles, CA Employer: Lancesoft Inc Pay: Competitive weekly pay (inquire for details) Start Date: ASAP About the Position Location: Los Angeles, CA Job Type: Full-Time | Direct Hire | On-Site Specialty: Physician Assistant / Primary Care Salary: $140,000–$160,000/year Position Overview: We are seeking a dedicated Physician Assistant (PA) to join a collaborative healthcare team in Los Angeles, CA . This is a full-time, direct-hire opportunity supporting multiple clinic locations and a Mobile Health Unit throughout East Los Angeles . The PA will provide comprehensive, patient-centered primary and preventive care to diverse patient populations across the lifespan. The ideal candidate will have experience with Medication-Assisted Treatment (MAT), Substance Use Disorders (SUD), pediatric and adult care , and be bilingual in English and Spanish . Key Responsibilities: Provide primary, preventive, and chronic disease management services. Conduct patient histories, physical examinations, assessments, and treatment planning. Order and interpret laboratory tests, imaging, and other diagnostic studies. Provide care to both pediatric and adult patients . Treat and manage patients with Substance Use Disorders (SUD) , including MAT. Prescribe and dispense medications within applicable laws and protocols. Provide patient education, counseling, and preventive health services. Coordinate referrals to specialty care, behavioral health, social services, and community resources. Float between multiple East Los Angeles clinic locations and provide coverage on a Mobile Health Unit. Collaborate with physicians, medical assistants, community health workers, and other members of the care team. Participate in team meetings, case conferences, quality improvement initiatives, and staff training. Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation, coding, and billing. Ideal Candidate: Licensed/qualified Physician Assistant eligible to practice in California. Primary care experience preferred. Experience with MAT/SUD treatment strongly preferred . Pediatric and adult patient care experience. Bilingual English/Spanish preferred/required based on patient population. Strong communication, clinical, and teamwork skills. Comfortable working across clinic and community-based settings.
