Physician Assistant (PA) / Nurse Practitioner (NP) - Pain ManagementWe are seeking a Physician Assistant (PA) or Nurse Practitioner (NP) to join a multidisciplinary outpatient healthcare practice in Blue Springs, Missouri.This is a full-time opportunity for a provider with experience in outpatient care, orthopedics, pain management, or injections. The provider will work collaboratively with physicians and other healthcare professionals to deliver comprehensive patient care.Candidates must hold an active Missouri PA or NP license and be eligible for credentialing. Network enrollment and credentialing may take up to 3 months.ScheduleMonday & Wednesday: 9:00 AM-7:00 PM, with a 1-hour lunchTuesday, Thursday & Friday: 9:00 AM-5:00 PM, with a 1-hour lunchKey ResponsibilitiesPerform comprehensive patient evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans.Coordinate patient care involving physical therapy, chiropractic services, injections, and DME.Perform or assist with joint injections, peripheral nerve blocks, SI injections, PRP, and Botox migraine protocols.Participate in fluoroscopic- and ultrasound-guided procedures.Interpret diagnostic imaging as needed.Educate patients regarding treatment plans and follow-up care.Collaborate with physicians, physical therapists, chiropractors, and other members of the care team.Maintain accurate clinical documentation.Provide high-quality, patient-centered care.QualificationsActive Missouri PA or NP license.1-3 years of clinical experience preferred.Outpatient, orthopedic, pain management, or injection experience preferred.Experience with joint and intramuscular injections.Strong orthopedic knowledge.Surgical or outpatient clinical experience is a plus.Familiarity with workers' compensation cases is a plus.Strong communication, teamwork, and patient-education skills.Ability to work effectively in a multidisciplinary clinical environment.Fluoroscopic and ultrasound-guided procedure experience is a plus; training will be provided.Compensation & BenefitsEmployer pays 50% of health insurance premiums.2 weeks PTO plus sick leave from day one.3% employer match on SIMPLE IRA.Life insurance coverage.Optional supplemental benefits.Opportunity HighlightsCollaborative outpatient practice environment.Work alongside physicians and a multidisciplinary healthcare team.Gain exposure to advanced pain management and injection procedures.Training provided in fluoroscopic- and ultrasound-guided procedures.Opportunity for professional growth and advancement into lead provider or leadership roles.
