Job Details
Full Time, 1 FTE, Days shift, Monday to Friday schedule. Annual Salary: $140,000 plus a production bonus.
Requirements
Washington State Nurse Practitioner license by the time of employment.
DEA, NPI, and prescriptive authority.
Current Basic Life Support certification for Healthcare Providers from the American Heart Association.
