Physician Assistant | Surgery - Orthopedic Location: Washington Employer: ARR Healthcare Pay: Competitive weekly pay (inquire for details) Start Date: ASAP About the Position A reputable healthcare system located 2 1/2 hours east of Seattle, Washington, is seeking a dedicated and skilled Total Joint Orthopedic Physician Assistant to join its team. This is a full-time position offering a generous salary and comprehensive benefits. The role focuses on providing exceptional patient care, assisting in surgeries, and collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to support orthopedic health. Compensation & Benefits: Salary Range: $63.94 - $77.40 per hour In addition to the base salary, employees may receive additional compensation based on call pay and extra shift incentives as applicable. Assist in surgeries, including providing first-assist support. Counsel patients and families, addressing physical and emotional health issues. Participate in health promotional activities, community events, and committee work. Engage in clinical care planning and decision-making. Maintain accurate and timely medical records using the Electronic Medical Record (EMR) system. Record statistics and participate in research as needed. Collaborate with staff and physicians to develop care plans tailored to patients' needs. Maintain active Basic Life Support (CPR) certification. Perform other duties as assigned.
