Overview
Established Community Hospital, a nonprofit Critical Access Hospital with a LevelIV Trauma Center, is located in Wickenburg—just 60 minutes from downtown Phoenix. The hospital serves a growing community of outdoor enthusiasts in a laid‑back, casual environment.
Responsibilities
Full‑time Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) or Physician Assistant (PA‑C) position, 4‑10 hour shifts.
Provide primary‑care services to patients of all ages, with a focus on adults.
Work within a collaborative and cohesive team that emphasizes kindness and patient‑centered care.
Qualifications
FNP, APRN, or PA‑C credential.
3‑5 years of experience as an advanced practice provider in primary‑care settings.
Benefits

Revenue‑based fee (RVU) bonus potential up to $30‑50k per year.
