Job description
U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs seeks clinicians to deliver comprehensive primary care to Veterans through outpatient clinics, with a focus on prevention and patient self-management.
You will evaluate, diagnose and treat conditions, and develop evidence-based treatment plans with shared decision making. The role supports care across modalities including telehealth, works within a Patient Aligned Care Team, and participates in quality improvement and center committees.
