Job description
Transhealth is seeking a Physician Assistant for a salaried, full-time hybrid role in Western Massachusetts. The PA will provide primary care with a focus on gender-affirming care and hormone therapy, collaborating with behavioral health and an integrated care team.
Applicants must be PA-licensed in Massachusetts, graduate from an ARC-PA accredited program, and hold PANCE/NCCPA certification with DEA and MCSR where required. At least 3 years in primary care is preferred.
