Avance Care is committed to delivering exceptional care with a strong emphasis on patient involvement in preventive care and treatment plans. Requirements: Physician Assistant with North Carolina State LicenseLocation: NCExplore and experience how Avance Care is providing professional and personal life balance:
Maximum of 40 hours per week (including breaks and administrative time)
Expected average patient load of 2 visits per hour
Collaborative environment with onsite lab, behavioral health therapists, and nutritionists
Innovative, integrated use of telehealth
Centralized care coordination, care management, and population health management
