Responsibilities:
* Treat acute and chronic medical conditions with an emphasis on psychopharmacology.
* Prescribe all necessary medications and treatments.
* Perform psychiatric medical examinations (mental status exam).
* Facilitate referrals to other healthcare professionals and medical facilities.
* Communicate with collaborating physicians and allied health professions regarding patient care.
* Accurate documentation.
* Using computer applications (eClinicalWorks).
* Coding and filling out insurance forms.
* Scheduling follow-up appointments.
Qualifications:
· NPI
· NYS license.
· Two Letters of reference
Compensation/Salary -
* Required 2 weeks of training at $65.00 per hour Non-Negotiable (after training Salary can be negotiated)
* Travel compensation can be negotiated.
* Working from home can be negotiated after 90 days of service.
