APP Opportunity | Primary Care / Family Medicine | Outpatient

The Schedule
Monday through Friday, no nights, no weekends
35 clinical hours and 5 admin hours weekly

The Role
Outpatient primary care and family medicine setting
High-volume but well-supported, the team moves together
A mix of patient-facing time and dedicated admin hours so documentation does not follow you home
Collaborative environment where people genuinely look out for each other
What You Bring
Active NP or PA license
2+ years of clinical experience, primary care or family medicine background is a plus
Someone who takes their patients seriously and shows up for their teammates the same way
