n nPhysician Duties & Responsibilities:
nnnProvides comprehensive medical care, including patient assessments, examinations, and treatment planning.
n
nnResponds to medical emergencies and manages complex patient conditions.
n
nnProvides clinical oversight, guidance, and supervision to healthcare staff.
n
nnCollaborates with specialists and other healthcare professionals to coordinate patient care.
n
nnMaintains accurate and timely medical documentation.
n
nnReviews and implements clinical policies, treatment protocols, and safety procedures.
n
nnParticipates in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care and outcomes.
n
nnPromotes compliance with healthcare standards, regulations, and organizational policies.
n
n nMinimum Qualifications:
nnnMust have and maintain current licensure within the State of employment
n
nnMedical school graduate
n
nnExperience in Family Practice, Emergency Medicine, Internal Medicine or Public Health
n
nnMust be able to obtain and maintain CPR certification
n
nnMust maintain privileges and CME requirements for continued medical practice in the State
n
nnCopy of current, completedPrimary Source Verification (PSV) from the appropriate licensing board or verification agency, if required.
n
nnCopy of all current required certifications and compliance documents (e.g., .BLS, N95 fit test, immunization records, TB test, or other client-specific requirements).
n
